Intake of essential vitamins and minerals helps you to prevent your defensive system from getting weakened. To protect you immunity powers you to begin taking vitamin supplements once you reach forties.

To conclude we can say that vitamins and mineral supplements provide you the needed protection from the effects of the aging process. They help you not only in strengthening your immune system but may also help in preventing the wear and tear of important organs of your body.
