Dalian Fortune Research Announces Non-executive Director Appointment
Mr. Song, aged 58, is currently employed as a Chief Executive Officer of a business and management consulting company based in Japan. He is also a director of two Japanese listed companies. Mr. Song has experience of controlling operations, delivery channels, information technology, corporate services, and risk management and compliance functions. Mr. Song has played a key role in driving the success of every company he has been involved with. Mr. Song holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Business Administration degree and will work Together with 6 other Independent Non-executive Directors in the Company's Board of 13.
Mr. Song will play a key role in driving the company’s current marketing and expansion plans as it looks to change its client base ratio, at the moment it serves a client base which is 80% domestic and 20% overseas. Mr. Song is being tasked with making that ratio 70/30 within the next 5 years.
