Dyspepsia is the common problem nowadays. Many people are suffering from dyspepsia. Mostly the old age people are having the problem of dyspepsia. Dyspepsia means heard to digest the food. Indigestion may leads to various problem and pain in your digestive system vomiting, nausea and stomach disarrangement.

The people who are suffering from dyspepsia is become unhealthy and having the problem in bowels movement. When the problem of dyspepsia is occurred than at that time the food that you consume is not properly digested which leads to various health problems like mental distress, incapable to remove waste from the bowels, fever and headache.

There are many effective treatments to prevent dyspepsia. One of the best natural treatments to prevent dyspepsia is to drink lemon juice. Drinking of lemon juice give relief from indigestion and helps in improving your digestive system. Lemon is also helpful in every disorders of the liver. Guava is also an effective natural treatment to prevent dyspepsia, flatulence and loss of hunger. The people who are suffering from dyspepsia should eat 250gms of guava fruit daily after the meals.

Another treatment to prevent dyspepsia is to drink mixed juice of carrots and cauliflower in equal quantity. It helps to get rid of joint pain, weakness of eyesight and dyspepsia. Taking of bathua as a cooked vegetable or drink the juice of bathua helps to treats all type of illness of the stomach, flatulence, liver, spleen, worms, indigestion, stones and piles. Often intake of curd with cooked cumin seeds, black pepper and salt prevents dyspepsia and develops digestion. By grinding of 2 cloves and put it in ½ cup of boiling water and drink it for 3 times in a day. Cloves are an effective treatment to prevent dyspepsia.

Grind asafetida, rock salt, small barad and caraway seeds in equal amount. Take one teaspoon of asafetida 3 times in a day with hot water to prevent dyspepsia. Taking of one teaspoon of cumin seed with water helps in the digestion of food. It is hard to digest food and you include the urge to pass stools instantly after meals. To digest your food, mix take 60gms of arid coriander powder, 5gms of salt, 25gms of black pepper altogether and grind them. Take ½ teaspoon of the powder made from it every day to prevent dyspepsia.

Taking 2 teaspoon of caraway seeds mixed with rock salt to taste with water on unfilled stomach in the early morning is beneficial to cure dyspepsia. Neem is one of the best natural treatments to prevent dyspepsia. Grind 25gms of arid neem leaves, 3 black pepper, 3 cloves and mix a little water and sugar. Eat it 2 times in a day in the morning and evening to treat dyspepsia.

Drinking of coffee after meals makes you feel happy and light as if you had not consumed anything. Coffee gives quickness and relief from stomach pain after meals or dyspepsia caused by opium eating. These are the best effective and natural treatment to prevent dyspepsia. To prevent dyspepsia one should also drink plenty of water that helps to digest your food properly.
