A sales manager should thus be trained in the best way to come up with relevant sales strategies that would be the core in realizing the company's sales targets. Sales manager training should also empower a manager with sales skills assessment with the right methods on how to award good performing sales people. Finding the right mode of sales peoples' appreciation is important because it's a good way to show the salespeople that their efforts are recognized and also works to motivate them.
