Cleveland Is The Most Populated City
Cleveland is the most populated city in the state Ohio. Cleveland’s economy is dependent on service sectors like insurance, legal, health care and financial services, Cleveland is also popular for its rock and roll hall of fame. The people of Cleveland are popularly called” Clevelanders” and it is home to the popular NBA team Cleveland-cavaliers.
If you are moving into Cleveland might be of good use to you. I have tried to list the various areas that are safe to habit and the type of homes and exclusivity of the neighborhoods in Cleveland.
Cleveland Heights is a neighborhood with large houses, the area has a sense of style and art to it, Richmond Heights is a smaller community. Euclid, the housing in this area is excellent near Lake Erie. The houses here belong to the previous generations but are well kept. Shaker Heights is a good area but some parts are unsafe and it is a bit on the costlier side as it has high property taxes. Bedford Heights is also a quiet and nice neighborhood. ... area is generally pretty safe. The apartments and condos in Edgewater are attractive and stylish.
If you are looking for larger homes then Clifton is a neighborhood where houses with three bedrooms or more can be found for rent. West Park is another nice and relatively a safer neighborhood but majority of the homes there are owned and finding a home to rent there is tough. Ohio City is a nice commercial place with new homes and some cool bars and restaurants but crime is still a bit of a problem here. To the south of Cleveland are Old Brooklyn and one can many nice homes for rent? Some parts of Old Brooklyn are nice and some parts are unsafe so be careful before moving in there. North Collinwood and Collinwood in
general is also of a good standard. Rockefeller Park and Glenville area share some large older upscale homes and some nice high rise apartments too.
One bedroom apartments usually cost between $500 to $700. Two bedroom apartments usually cost from $650 to $850. The rent varies with factors like location, amenities offered etc.
Single bedroom houses cost around $550 to $800, a 2 or 3 bedroom house can go anywhere from $850 to $2000. Before you start your search to rent a home look through the ads in websites and local classifieds in order to find the best deals and also get a general idea of the rent structure in an area. After these approach any real estate agent and make sure you tell them all your requirements, this helps them find homes that will be more specific to your needs. Before you agree to rent a home always confirm all the declarations made by the landlords are agreed upon.
