Home relocation is rarely a choice of personal doing. Sometimes people are obligated to leave, other times they are forced to. The only real choice is for them to decide where to go and how to make a living there. So, what if the choice is hot or cold? Would you agree that those in cold places seek the warm environment and the other way around? It's not necessarily like that.
Every nation is accustomed to their own living conditions and they don't always like it otherwise. Perhaps too cold is a serious issue just as well as too hot. The problem is that home is an irreplaceable part of our lives. We will never quite feel the way we feel at home if we are to be elsewhere. And still the question remains. Go north or go south?
Really it depends on what we are trying to accomplish by this relocation. Some move in order to escape from the poverty. But simply because a country is mostly in the subarctic or Arctic zone, like Russia is, does nor mean that it's poor. On the other hand, if you wish to enjoy the wonders of the world and live in places others only can dream of, then your choice is clearly to go south. Apart from ...

Perhaps your relocation is temporary, only for a couple of years. Students, with the perspective to seek the possibilities elsewhere often come to the conclusion that movement is an inevitable part of live. One that stays put does not go very far improvement-wise. People feel the need to do their own thing their own way and they will seek the colour, some just for the colour, others because they understand both ends of the extremities.

They will help you get anywhere, even the cold, even the heat. The choice is entirely up to their customers. Know that both extremities have a good side and we can't have both now, can we?
