Every social sphere is governed by ethics. Ethics is the principle which defines the right and the wrong of any behaviour, action etc. It’s what governs the notion as to whether an action committed should have been done or should not have been. Another key aspect of workplace organisations is that there are a number of laws and regulations one has to abide by. Thus there also needs to be a governing body to ensure that the members of the workplace stick to these rules and act in accordance with them.
