Stir Frying – As this oil has a light, clean and fresh flavor, it allows the effervescence and freshness of your food to shine through. With an extremely high smoking point of 420°F, this amazing oil is just perfect for a sizzling hot wok.

Deep Frying – The flavor of this oil is mild and sometimes people find it flavorless as well, also, it has the ability to withstand high heat and all these qualities make it wonderful oil for cooking fish fries, fried chicken, and tempura as well as for pickles in a deep fryer.

Sautéing –The light color and mild flavor allows the color and flavor of your food ingredients to be the highlight of your entire cooking process.

Meat Searing – As already mentioned it has a high smoking point; it has the ability to get extremely hot that helps in getting a hard sear on your meat easily. Whether you are cooking it on the stovetop or in the oven, a caramelized brown perfection is what you will achieve!

Dressing the Salad – Lemon grape seed oil and lemon olive oil both are adaptable and pair up with any flavor graciously. So try these oils out in salad dressings with balsamic vinegar, honey base or mustard!

Grilling – Not just greasing the grill, you can even use these oils for brushing vegetables or anything you are cooking so that they do not stick to the pan! These oils are also a great addition to sauces and marinades for the barbecue.
