Eating a good breakfast can help you to get the recommended daily values of various nutrients essential to good health. Studies show that people who eat healthy breakfast have 20% to 60% higher levels of iron, B vitamins, and vitamin D compared to people who skip breakfast. QUIT SMOKING AND DRINKING
It’s not rocket science to understand that smoking and consuming alcohol is bad for the health. They can cause harm to your health in various ways. Knowingly you are ruining your health and body.
