Health is the greatest blessing of life and is given by a god and is a state of normal function of body that could be damaged by disease from time to time. It is very important for all human beings for live in this earth and is a concept of social and personal resources and physical capacities. It is very important and this is ability to do personally with family and deal with physical, psychological, biological and social stress. For maintain our health we want to do some practical things like fitness. In above the paragraph some fitness tips is given do this in your day-to-day life schedule. This tips helps to fit the body and protect from suffering.

Best fitness tips

1) Eat healthy foods: Eat healthy foods and not eat junk food. Healthy food helps a person To fit and helps not to suffer from any disease. Junk food is harmful for our body and eating this food may result in suffering from disease. Eat fruits, vegetables, complete proteins, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats like fish oils and flax seeds.

2) Get Enough Sleep: Get enough sleep because it is important for our body. Lack of sleep lead to decrease a person physical and mental performance. It also lead to imbalance the human hormones and this lead to increase in weight. This is an important tip to maintain the fitness and be healthy.

3) Before eating food Drink Water: Drink more amount of water before having your food because it led to maintain your body. Drink 2 or 2.5 liter water daily because it burns 96 calories from your body. Drink water 20 minutes before eating the food and due to this habit you can lose your weight.

4) Not Drink sugar calories: when you are doing exercising Don't drink soft drinks or energy drinks. Do not drink more water like 5 to 8 liter water in per day than is dangerous for your body.

5) Do not eat junk food: junk food is dangerous for human body and due to more consumption of junk food many people suffers from types of disease. It include low fiber, protein and micronutrients but high in unhealthy ingredients like added sugar and refined grains. junk foods in the diet is the main reason that the people are becoming fatter and sicker.

6) Eat More Fish: Consume more fish because it is good for body and it have omega-3 fatty acids and various other nutrients like proteins and vitamin. If you eat fish you can not suffer from heart disease, depression and dementia.

7) Brush your teeth daily: Brushing is good for people and it leads not to suffer. Brush the teeth, tongue, roof of the mouth and gums. Many of people are not knowing how to brush teeth, due to this the teeth and gums has been damaged. Hold your toothbrush same like that you are holding a pencil in your hand and brush at least two minutes. 

8) Don’t skip breakfast: According scientists, eating a proper breakfast is one of the most positive things and because of this habit anyone can lose his or her weight easily. Some of people are not eating breakfast because of this habit they gain more and more weight. Skipping breakfast is not good for health and in breakfast eat fresh
