Check your tools. There are a lot of free keyword research tool you can find online or if you have a paid version of your favorite tool that is better.
With your list of narrowed keywords, check them one by one using your tool to find which keyword has more potential for your business.
Once you had a potential list of your keywords, you can now then base your contents with these keywords - your blogs, meta description and all other contents.
