Elevate your upper body by a couple of inches if you are sleeping on your back-

If you are sleeping on your back, elevate yourself up, mainly your upper body by a couple of inches. This will reduce the chances of snoring. This is because when you lift yourself up a little, the air passages are not narrowed.
