Is There Any Innovation In Seo?

Search engine optimization (SEO) has a great name of its own in the marketing association for the past two decades. But in a world where almost all the industries are continuously responding to new cycles of innovation, and in a field with a technological focus, SEO may seem sluggish by comparison.
There are various new Google updates and new software platforms to keep in mind, but the basic strategies are very identical to what they were a decade ago.

What Counts as "Innovation?"

This is the most important question to ask first. What really counts as “innovation?”
SEO is an industry that has already gone through many advances in its short 20-ish years of presence. On a bigger scale, there are constant twists to Google’s ranking algorithm that we have to look at. On a narrow scale, we have to make critical adjustments on per client basis—partially because every client is different from other and partially because any single client could see significant ranking volatility at a non-predictable pace.
But these stand as mere twists to the present system, or as responses to an external stimulus. For there to be “true” innovation, there always needs to be a new idea, a new way, or an entirely new methodology.http://www.tysas.com/website-design/

The Fundamental Principles:-

You can also view SEO through different optics. At most specific level, one can think about individual strategies or processes that are required for your campaign. At the conceptual level, one can think of SEO in terms of general underlying principles—and these SEO fundamentals haven’t changed much since then.
• Search indexing and tech specs:-
If you want to get listed in Google’s search rankings, you first have to make sure that you’re in its index. The search indexing process hasn’t changed much over the years and is the first step to getting seen in the SERPs.
• High-quality content:-
High-quality content caters Google more pages to index, which results in giving you more opportunities to rank for various types of suitable keywords.
• Link building:-
Although advancements in link evaluation, link building is the best way to generate authority—and it’s a necessity if you want to rank higher.

Responses to New Updates:-

What has changed is the way by which Google fields and responds to the search queries. Google is still the ruling search engine, and it’s continuously rolling out updates that change how its ranking algorithm works. A twist to the SERP layout or better linguistic help doesn’t qualify as wide-scale, game-changing plays.
Major updates, like Panda and Penguin, did result in major overhauls to natural search rankings, but we never know that you can call them innovations. Google always gives priority to quality content; Panda made its quality evaluation abilities a little better.
It has also always prioritized the quality of the links; Penguin just made its interpretation better. These weren’t new ideas, though they did force many business firms to re-interpret their tactics and strategies. Other than innovations, these also cleared the field of questionable practitioners.

New Techniques:-

Now let’s take a look at the new techniques that have been created for SEO. In the field of medicine, there are constant improvements to introduce new surgical techniques and treatment methods.
With one categorical exception (which I’ll explain shortly), the answer is no. You still need to generate new parts of content to help your site’s domain authority and keep your audience engaged. The best ways to generate links (through guest posts and link attraction through high-quality content publication & promotion) are still the best.
Keyword research and selection still have the basic steps it did in the beginning. And even your way to troubleshooting index problems is much as identical as it was a few years ago.

New Technologies:-

The real origin of innovation in the SEO industry isn’t with the methods you use or the high-level strategies you put, but rather the technologies that you used to employ them.

For example:
• Google Search Console:-
Originally called Webmaster Tools, Google Search Console remains to add new features and upgrades to make it feasible to regulate how your website will be viewed.
• Keyword research:-
You’re still in search for large-volume, less-competition keywords, but you can access it faster and with more and updated information thanks to tools like Moz’s Keyword Explorer.
• Analytics:-
Google Analytics and other analytics tools are continuously becoming more user-friendly and are offering various types of data that you can use to interpret your campaign.
• Automation:-
Marketing automation is carrying-out basic marketing tasks and makes them more up-to-date and automatic, from arranging social media posts to coordinating email boosts.

How Much is Innovation There, Really?

In terms of upper-level concepts, navigation, and strategies, there’s very little or no innovation. Google works in the same way as it used to do earlier (with aesthetic and functional improvements, but no radical departures), and the same fundamentals from last decade work just as well today.
The innovation emerges from tech companies which generate and distribute various and new ways to use those techniques or measure your caliber to gain that high-level direction. They aren’t changing the industry on the benchmarks of your aims or tasks but in terms of how you can set those aims and carry out those tasks.
SEO is getting more feasible, more automated, and a lot easier to understand, but its core principles will always remain the same.http://www.tysas.com/website-development/
