If we talk about the eating habits, break your 3-course meals into 6 small meals and eat it after every 3 hours of intervals. As a beginner starts by walking around 2000 steps by walking and 1000 steps by jogging. Try to keep yourself dehydrated for at least 15 minutes after your workout. For the intermediate do skipping for 2 mints and do 3 sets of burpees and run at least 1-2 km every day. If you are in advance level then it's better you do an intense workout for at least 30 mints which could burn around 700 calories. Start your workout with 1 mints of intense skipping -.> 10 burpess-> Jumping Jacks-> On the spot running.
