These can be treated but treating the problem from root level is more important as it is underlying and can keep causing issues. Living with a condition like PCOS can be difficult as it changes the way one lives and one needs to change their lifestyle as well due to the problems caused by it.
With medication one also needs to know what is to be consumed so as to keep the insulin level in check. The diet needs to be in control. What one consumes has a direct effect on their health. If one needs an undisturbed life, they need to follow certain dietary methods which can lead them to a healthy life. Or at least better than the suffering one is going through. Losing weight by itself is hard and knowing that it is increased due to some condition in the body affects the mental health as well. So one needs to keep a check on what they consume. Reducing the intake or increasing the intake of certain food products can help with the health issues. One should consult a dietician for a meal plan as everyone’s health issues are different and the body type and lifestyle may vary which is one of the major reasons of PCOS.
