At no point, it mentions the measurement of glasses, and there is no formal recommendation on how much water an average human requires! It varies depending on lifestyle, hometown, and health condition.
Hair and fingernails grow after death
According to expert forensic anthropologists, nails and hair of a person do not continue to grow after death. For fingernails to grow, your body needs to produce new cells, and this is impossible after the heart stops. The same goes for hair. The biggest myth of all! Acne are caused by three main reasons sebum (overproduction of oil), hormone changes, and improper shedding of dead skin cells. And nobody can blame chocolates for acne.
Tilt his/her head back to stop bloody nose
This is a terrible idea! Leaning your head back during a nosebleed makes the blood to trickle down the throat, sinuses, or the airways which might lead to choking. Instead of doing this, the person suffering a nosebleed should sit up and lean forward. This will make blood exit from the nose. Furthermore, gentle pressure should be applied to the nostrils until normal clotting starts.
The tongue has four specific areas
If this was true, only specific areas could feel sweetness or any other taste, but we feel the uniform taste throughout our tongue. This depicts that the belief prevalent is not to be trusted!
Spicy foods cause ulcers
There is no truth in this statement. It has been medically proven that around 80 to 90 percent of intestine and stomach ulcers are caused by Helicobacter (infections due to bacteria). Yes, spicy food can mess with your stomach for a day or two, but ulcers are never caused because of this.

Bacteria and viruses are completely different organisms. Bacteria are single-celled organisms while the viruses are acellular, i.e., they have no cell structure and require a living host to survive.
