Just this November 19, the world wide famous beauty pageant held its annual competition in Sanya, China. After the rigorous training and head to head competition, Miss India Manushi Chhillar won the judges and the worlds with her beauty and witty answer by saying that mothers or mom should have the highest paid salary because they sacrifice so much for their kids and family that they deserve all the best.

Manushi’s primary advocacy is teaching women about menstrual health, a vital topic every girl and woman must understand and endure to be healthy. Other than that, no one can deny how amazing Manushi looked throughout the competition! We get an inside look of what Miss World 2017’s winner looks like to stay fit.
With the guidance of professional trainers and dieticians, Manushi has her meals cut down into 6 parts:

Once awake, drink 2-3 glasses of water (may or may not be mixed with warm lemon) to wake up the body and clear the system of all the toxic contents.

After the water, don’t skip breakfast and eat yogurt, oatmeal, with some fresh fruit on the side. You can also try eating healthier food that can burn your excess fat.

When you have a busy morning and feel your stomach grumbling, have a drink of fresh coconut water to calm your stomach down and rehydrate!

For lunch, fill up your stomach with some rice, grilled or roasted chicken, and a healthy serving of vegetables.

We all get hungry in the middle of the day, munch on unsalted nuts or pistachios to keep your mind and body going. You can also just opt for a fruit smoothie with less to no sugar!

Just like lunch, have grilled or roasted chicken or fish for protein and pair it with sautéed vegetables like broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms.

Other than the diet, the newly-crowned Miss World lives a fit and healthy lifestyle even on weekends by: exercises daily, drinks at least 3 Liters of water a day, and sleeps 8 hours a day.
