For those individuals who want to reduce their thigh mass, the best method for them to lose weight would be by heading down to the nearest gym. Squats – This is an exercise which you can easily perform at your home. Just stand with your feet apart and then lower your entire body by bending your knees. To get the best results put your entire body weight on your knees. During this exercise make sure that your spine is erect. In order to maintain body balance make sure that your arms are kept parallel to your body. Make sure you perform his exercise every day to get the best results. But it should be ensured that you do not exercise too much effort during your initial days.
