I believe that four things should never have low standards in life, that is men, shoes, food and skin care. Be good to your skin, you will wear it every day of your life. Skin care is like exercising. We have to invest time, energy and efforts for the best result. It takes lots of dedication and customary attempt to ensure excellent results.
A perfect glowing and healthy skin is the most desirable element when it comes to beauty. But very often we are targeted to numerous skin issues like oily and dry skin, acne, pimples, heat boils, red and patchy skin and skin burn. It becomes inevitable to protect ourselves from the extreme effects of the above problem. We are exposed to dust, pollution, extreme weather conditions, mental and emotional stress, side-effects of medicines, menstrual problems, hormonal changes and harmful UV rays. Lifestyle changes, less consumption of water, smoking and junk food can damage our skin to the extent of acne. Acne is the skin condition that causes spots, pimples, especially on or facial skin and around it. It can occur at any age. Acne is a skin disease involving the oil glands at the base of hair follicles. It affects 3 in every 4 people. It is not dangerous, but it can leave skin scars. Treatment depends on how severe and persistent it is. Risk factors include genetics, the menstrual cycle, anxiety and stress, hot and humid climates, using oil-based makeup, and squeezing and pimples. It causes pain and inflammation if not taken care of in a correct way. Our skin becomes sensitive and so we have to be careful in using the right method to prevent it. It is important that the cream we use is effective in removing acne scars and results in clear skin.
There are numerous remedies which can be tried at home to solve the acne issue. We should wash our face more often with warm water and mild soap or face wash. We should avoid scrubbing our face and bursting our pimples, as it may further damage our skin and leave scars. Use makeup that are chemical free and is made for sensitive skin. And always remove makeup before sleeping. Keep our hair clean as it definitely adds to acne. Avoid excessive exposure to sun if possible. Smoking and aerated drinks should be avoided and also make sure that we drink enough water to keep ourselves hydrated. Last but not the least make sure that the product one uses to prevent acne or treatment of it is tried and tested.
One such product I have used is Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Cream. The result of this product only after two weeks was fabulous. Not only this cream is soft on my skin but it applicable for all kinds of skin be it dry or sensitive. It involves herbal ingredients, that includes properties of a flower called chamomile. This results to the natural purple shade of the cream which has a calming effect on the damaged skin and also helps in regeneration of skin cells. It leaves a light and soothing finish. It reduces the spots and gives it a fair and even tone. It reduced the redness I had due to acne and it is anti-inflammatory so again easy to apply. It has become my regular regime before sleeping and have regulated my acne to lot of extent. This cream is thicker in texture, but it absorbs in the skin and keeps it well hydrated. It also gives a cooling effect during the summers. We can keep it overnight and in the morning, we have a refreshing feeling. The best result so far in less time I have experienced.
Needless to say, it is worth the price and effective in use. My skin care cannot get better than this. Klairs have excelled in many skin care products and so definitely it is one of the trustworthy brand. We can hide a lot of physical flaws, but not acne. Though acne cannot define our personality and overshadow our talent, it definitely is an unavoidable scar. So, we should invest in effective skin care. Drink enough water, eat a well-balanced diet, sleep well and practice proper skincare for facial rejuvenation.
