Depending on the functions and occasions women wear it. Some of the women tend to wear it as a casual wear at home.

Even though there are many varieties, today’s women like to go for banarasi art silk sarees. The Banarasi silk is the one originating from Varanasi. Most of the brides choose either Banarasi or Kanchivaram silks for their grand wedding. This gives them a stunning mien on their special day. It is embellished of fine banarasi silk with golden zari or just ordinary embroidery.
Sometimes these will be made together with a printed pattern rather than a plain pattern to add more heavy work to the sari. Nowadays the Art silk is also combined with the banarasi silk to give quiddity. So that it gives the women a classic look. The jewelry set should be chosen according to the sari type. The tussar silks are one of the famous silk among Indian women because India is the second largest country to produce these silks. These fancy tussar silk sarees embellishes a woman with more beauty. The fabric of the sari makes it look adorable with the embroidered and printed work. These are unlike other traditional silks because they are made only with the tussar silk and sometimes when worn will give you a cotton sari style. Most of the working women prefer these types of sarees as occasional wear to the office and for some small functions and festivals.

In India, there is a practice among women to drape a sari to temple. This sari makes the wearer even more pious. Fancy tussar silk sarees are widely used by women for parties, wedding receptions and also maybe for a dinner date. This makes her look gorgeous glimmering with the multiple string chains with matching studs, bangles and stone-embedded rings.
