It’s a condition where you experience a physical or mental exhaustion that is caused by the stress of excessive work for a prolonged period. It has become a pretty common phenomenon among the youth these days.

These early symptoms of Burnout are the some certain signs the you need a break from your routine work .A break that resets your mood,cheers you up and replenishes you with a joy and playfulness.There are numerous papers published in Journal of Applied Psychology that suggest that taking a holiday break can help you relieve the effects of burnout.Sitting idle at your home is not a holiday .A holiday break must act as a reset button to break off your monotony,so choose a holiday trips that forces you to do fun things.So plan a thrill ride with your friends,or make a quick trip to the Amusement parks or theme parks ,you cannot go wrong there.
But that’s not all about it.These thrill rides and adventure parks will give you a temporary respite from your work for they are only on the weekends.You must supplement them by doing something daily that could potentially benefit you.Start an exercise regimen, adopt a healthy sleeping pattern that can give you a solid 7-8 hrs.If it really comes to it, seriously consider a change of workplace.Nothing is more important than your health and contentment ,isn’t it ?
