If you being an admin want to manage everything when it comes to marketing then the strategy will lack the timely acquired and carefully curated skills of your executives and your marketing part won’t get nurtured.

The Better Option? Creating one central strategy in sync with the executives of each particular department of your store will be a great idea. When they work like a team under the banner of the company their ideas will blend together and churn out something great.

To do this, you have to utilize a few different techniques.

The marketing picture will be blurred when there is not enough communication between the departments of one company. So everyone needs to speak to one another. You need to put together a central communication system within the company, using which all the people can effectively communicate not matter where they are.
