There are many reasons why one should always opt for water aeration as much as possible as what river aeration system does is it induces circulation in the water and the dissolved oxygen that is created throughout the water body which helps to mitigate the damage that can be caused due to nutrient loading.

Whether you choose a normal aeration system or a submerged aeration systemthere are many benefits to it some other benefits are written below:

1. It helps improve the quality of water:
It helps mitigate the problem that can be caused due to water quality that is caused because of the metals and nauseous gases that are released due to the sediments at the bottom of the river which get accumulated over a period of time.

2. Helps reduce the excessive growth of algae:
Due to the oxygen that gets added to the river water body, with the help of the aviation systems the conversion of phosphorus to form as non-usable algae as food. Aeration system will also mix the algae spores to the deeper and of the river which means there are less sunlight and less time available to grow more.

3. River aeration system helps remove foul odors:
The bottom water mixtures and becomes oxygenated with the aeration system which further helps to remove the foul odor that is caused due to hydrogen sulphide gas that is accumulated at the bottom of the river which is reduced with the help of aeration system.

4. It helps decrease the activity of the mosquitoes:
For the mosquitoes to grow in number and survive and for the eggs to develop they need still water while a submerged aeration system will create a constant for water which helps reduce the Mosquito breeding Habitat and access and natural mosquito control system.

5. Help in reduction of sediments at the bottom:
Most of the organic matter will decompose at a slower pace under low oxygen condition which will lead in build-up of sediments at the bottom of the river with proper river aeration system we can reduce the amount of organic sediments accumulated at the bottom of the river.
