Going natural is the latest trend these days with almost 60%of the consumers are interested in buying natural beauty products. In this digital age, we are connected via multiple devices all the time but we have lost the ability to connect to our self. True beauty is to work from both inside and outside, reducing toxin exposure that includes stress and what we put in the body, as well as, what we put on it.
Nutrition, a healthy diet rich in anti- oxidants along with healthy cosmetics are biggest game changers when it comes to natural beauty. So, the first thing that comes in mind is that how can we take care of our body, hair, feet, face and how do we get a healthy skin.
Our lifestyle issues that include stress have a profound impact on our skin. Stress is either internal or environmental and increases the production of free radicals in the body which leads to skin cell damage.
Adequate sleep helps in rejuvenation, as signs of sleep deprivation show up immediately in the form of dark circles, puffiness and pimples.
A healthy skin diet is high in anti oxidants that fight free radicals. The diet that comprises of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats and proteins, work great for a healthy skin. Seeds, nuts, berries, kiwis, have anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help in building a healthy skin and hair.
Drinking plenty of water keeps the skin hydrated from inside as well as outside.
Protect your natural skin from sun. Wearing hats, sunglasses, a mineral-based sun block that stays on top of the skin and acts as a physical barrier to both UVA and UVB rays.
Exercising plays a vital role in skin care as a good sweat improves the blood circulation throughout your body, leaving your skin healthy.
The natural beauty is about empowerment, going green gives you the power to take control of what you put on your skin. There is so much of junk in cosmetics these days causing more harm than good. Buying skin care products can be tricky with so many endless options available that promise you a beautiful natural skin. There are thousands of chemicals in your products that are being directly absorbed into your body which can be downright scary.
