Positive impact: HRM impact on the management is very crucial for the development of the company. Recruitment and selection are first positive impact by the HRM on the management in which HR team select the suitable and right applicant for the vacant position. Second positive impact HRM department provides training and development programmes to all the employees in which they are taught about the new innovations, new rules and policies, new regulation which is formed by the management, HRM also provide training to those employees who are unskilled and make them skilful so that they can deliver their best for the organisation. Without HRM, department organisation cannot grow up or cannot achieve its goal or objectives.
Negitive impact: As we know that new innovation and technology are developed or continuously developing so therefore sometimes customers or people don't need to be assisted by the other people because they can help himself this we can say some negative aspect of HRM department on management.
Very vital and crucial role is played by the HRM department in an organisation, this will not be wrong if we say HRM is the first step of any organisation which determine the future growth or future success of the organisation. Entire workfare in an organisation and their records are maintained by the HRM department. Keep workforce up-to-date about the new technology is the duty of the HRM department. Apart from the maintaining the relationship between the employees and employer is a responsibility of the HRM department. In any organisation, the main role of the HRM is building the strong relationship with the employees so that they can work for the growth of the organisation. All the issues of the employees regarding their salary, unpaid or paid leaves, and maternity leaves are shorted out by the HRM department. Data of the employees maintained by the HRM, at the same time HRM function also provides regular training and development to employees so that they all can understand the importance e of the technology and new innovations. HRM is the blood of the organisation each and every activity which is operated in an organisation pass through HRM department.
Human resource management is an important aspect or function of an organisation. It observed carefully that initially HRM was focused more towards the formulation of organisational policies related to human resources. However with increasing importance of human resource and role of employees in success or failure of organisation there has been increasing focus on the employee relations aspect as well. Today, HRM policies in the organisation have the direct impact on the motivation level of the employees, which in turn defines the way employee relations exist within the organisation. Due to increasing diversity in the organisation, a role of HR Manager in draughting policies related to HRM and employee relations has become extremely challenging, because in such environment keeping all the employees satisfied and happy is an extremely tough task. That is why it is important for HRM function of the business to apply either unitarist or pluralist approach based on the type of organisation and overall diversity existing in the organisation. In order to ensure that a conducive and positive environment is created, it is essential to integrating the HRM policies along with employee relations objectives.
