Setting up outdoor and indoor activities can be excellent way for your company to join in the neighborhood and to generate new customer interest. When planning your event display and special offers, keep in mind that Indoor and Outdoor Advertising have different concerns. Certain types of banner ads, table shows and even unit set-up plans work better in one setting in comparison to the other.

• Outdoor Advertising

This kind of marketing has changed over the hundreds of years, but currently it is still considered as an efficient form of interaction. These days, this marketing is known as the OOH Media, which implies Outdoor marketing or Out-of-home marketing.

Outdoor marketing works very well for advertising company‘s items or solutions in particular geographical areas. The programs that can be used for such marketing are: advertisements, bus seats, or transportation marketing, etc. All of these can be very efficient not only for larger companies, but especially, for the small-business owners.

• Indoor Advertising

Traditional forms of marketing, such as tv advertisements, publication ads, ...
... and internet have become less efficient. It’s easy for customers to silence, walk away, click away, fast-forward, or neglect such initiatives. Also, conventional ads tend to get lost in a sea of other ads making it incredibly difficult for them to make an efficient marketing.

However, there is one kind of marketing capable of attaining customers when they are undistracted and responsive to receiving information — indoor advertisements.

The key difference between Indoor and Outdoor Advertising

In situation of indoor marketing, information are communicated through various media to the indoor target audience. The media or vehicles used for indoor marketing are newspapers, magazines, stereo, tv, film and video. Here, the content gets to the indoor viewers where they are supposed to be in comfortable and responsive feelings. Indoor marketing comes under oblique marketing as these are not meant for any particular individual.

On the contrary, outdoor marketing serves to those people who are out of doors. In such cases, the content is placed in a ideal location to entice the attention of viewers on the move.

These ads are so located that they catch the eyes of the passerby instantly. Outdoor marketing consists of paper prints, holding on to, wall artwork, programs, marketing on moving automobiles, fluorescent signs, sky writing, sandwich men, etc.

A passer-by can see and read such ads. Outdoor ads are set usually at some ideal places which enable individuals see them again and again and thus it results in creating lasting impression.

An important point of difference between Indoor and Outdoor Advertising is the price. All indoor ads need payments from a lot. In other words, one has to sign up to a paper, publication or publication, buy an invisible or TV and buy theatre solution to acquire the ability of indoor ads. On the contrary, outdoor ads are experienced by a lot without charge. However, such a difference between Indoor and Outdoor Advertising becomes unexplained in many cases.

All companies should present to the public their social and moral behavior and provide its customers with reliable product information, so that they do not feel scammed or wrong about the company’s items or solutions.
